Catherine and I are taking part in an 8 week series of workshops run by “ Go for Life Pals”. This course is for older people who are interested  in leading physical activities for members of their organisation.

Pals stands for ‘Physical Activity Leader’.  This course will enable us to enable members of Suaimhneas to become physically active in a fun way.  Whether you exercise every day or once a year “ Go for Life” has something to offer you.

The 8 weeks covers a variety of workshops including sit fit activities, better balance and strength, rolling and bowling, pitching and tossing, stepping and strolling , and even dancing.

This course  would be suitable for all ages and abilities whatever your level of fitness. We thoroughly enjoyed this course and would recommend it for all organisations.
